Non-Refundable Situations

Payments made for media services are generally non-refundable once:

  • Project work has commenced

  • Digital files or concepts have been delivered
  • Client-approved work is completed
  • Service booking dates have been reserved

Eligible Refund Situations

Partial or full refunds may only be considered if:

  • GISTFLASH MEDIA is unable to deliver the agreed service due to internal reasons
  • A duplicate payment was made
  • The cancellation request is submitted before work begins

Revisions

Clients are entitled to agreed revisions based on the selected package. Refunds will not be issued due to dissatisfaction after approved concepts or completed deliverables have been provided.

3. Cancellation Policy

Clients are encouraged to notify us early for cancellations or rescheduling.

  • Cancellation before project commencement may qualify for partial refund consideration.
  • Late cancellations may attract administrative or reservation charges.

4. Processing Time

Approved refunds, where applicable, may take between 5–14 business days depending on the payment provider or financial institution.
