The Ondo State Commissioner for Finance, Mr. Wale Akinterinwa has emerged the first recipient of the “ICON OF YOUTH EMPOWERMENT AWARD” in Nigeria, out of the 12 major contenders, selected from the Thirty Six (36) States of the Federation and the Federal Capital Territory (FCT).This was announced by the Head of Communications, HIYOF ‘Amb. Oladele John Nihi’
His emergence is predicated on his enviable records in supporting the course of youth and student development in Ondo State and Nigeria at large, which has gotten the attention of Nigeria and the International Youth Constituency, thus worthy of HIYOF’s commendation.
