The Former Vice President (National) National Association of Nigerian Students (NANS) Comrade Abubakar Musa, has emerged first recipient of the “CHAMPION OF POSITIVE CHANGE AWARD” in Nigeria, out of the six major contenders, selected from the six geo-political zones of the country. This was announced by ‘Amb. Oladele John Nihi’, Head of Communications HIYOF (Head of International Youth Organization Forum)
His emergence is predicated on his outstanding records in supporting and championing the course of youth and student development in Nigeria, most especially, Comrade Abubakar Musa’s recent parley with stakeholders that brought about a peaceful NANS Convention, 2020 and other notable interventions in the Student and Youth Constituency in Nigeria.
As part of the activities to mark this year’s UNITED NATIONS WORLD PROGRAMME OF ACTION FOR YOUTH (WPAY), The UN World Programme of Action for Youth (WPAY) is to appraise Youth Development across Member Nations, and also to recognize the contributions of Young People and Stakeholders to the development of their Societies and Nation building in general.
